Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Outside of this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications. -

Can I return an order paid with Afterpay?
Yes! Our standard 30-day return policy applies to orders paid with Afterpay. If you return an item for a refund, Afterpay will process the refund and adjust your payment schedule accordingly.

Orders are processed promptly and typically arrive within 1-3 business days for express shipping, depending on your location. Please allow additional time during peak periods. -
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

We offer a 30-day return policy for full-priced items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. -
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or discounted 50% off or more cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange unless deemed faulty.

How should I care for my garments?
To maintain the quality of your clothing, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment’s label. Generally, cold hand wash or gentle machine wash in a delicates bag is best. Avoid tumble drying and air dry in the shade.
